Driving Home

After classes from dawn till dusk yesterday, today was enjoyable class free, very nice. Since I was quite occupied the last days for the tour, I went to the city today, had to pick up some stuff from a friend (finally have a working USB stick again), and also wanted to check out some stuff in the stores (mostly see if the calendars are already 50% off and if there are some nice cheap mp3 players).

I was partially lucky, found ome stuf, but nothing for me. On my way home I also picked up some films for a friend, Provia 400+2. The lab must have made some screwups, because they contrast was way to low.

In the evening I went to a friend, checking the slides from the film I picked up and converting a 6.4m GFK mast he found to a 5m pole. Lets see if I can find a L braket and make some panos with it. While I was there, we got some new snow today, just around 5 inch and its so warm that it sure won’t stay for long. But its nice to have some snow around, its winter after all.
