Part of the photo gear is always in other hands (and hopefully gets some good use there), today was time to get 2 backs.
When Nora> was heading to Corsica for a summer job quite a while ago, she borrowed the 28-105/3,5-4,5 and the 70-210/4 from me, I got the 28-105 back quite a while for [...]

Lens Recovery Day
Attic Raid
Ah, another of those plesant boring days. Weather was nothing special, all friends ocupied, so the next best thing to do was to follow my uncles “invitation” and help him on cleaning up the attic of the farm house, since they were going to build a new roof there this year. I was hoping that [...]
Fun Shooting (and Panos)
As some people may know, we had a varnival Fasching) parade here today, and as you can guess, I wasn’t far away. I had half a film in the EF-m for cross processing left, what fitted quite perfectly today, and also was it time to walk the 70-200/2.8 again. Just found out again how much [...]
Skiing Day
Quite lat for this winter, today was the first Skiing day. Since the weather didn’t look that special, we just went to Hochrindl, to get started. When we were about to arive, the weather was actually pretty nice, but 30 min, a snow storm started, and for 10 minutes, you had troubles siing 10m ahead. [...]
Shooting (but no panos) and Barcamp Scans
For the first time in years again, I attended the church ceremony, but as you sure can guess, I was only there for taking photos. Michi asked me if I could come take some photos of his grandparents golden wedding celebration, and since I could take photos, I accepted.
I kinda expected more out of it, [...]
Cleaning up everywhere
Not much time for anything fancy today, first a long overdue clean up here (need a bigger camera shelf), then of to Gervin to help him with the cellar. Its even worser then here, and worst of all, it has to be done by comming monday. Not much time for anything else today.
At lest, here [...]
More Scans
The Kodak slide film is almost done, meet up with a friend in the city today, and besides some photos on the OM-1, I mostly used the EF-m with the cross processing film. Just hope I can ditch the EF-m soon, comapred to the OM-1, it just feels cheap. Need to clean out the OM-1 [...]
Fixing computers (and more scans)
The weather just keeps being nice lately, and since also the wind was gone today, I packed my gear and headed of to the city. Deciding what to take was hard, 30D with Peleng for panos (REALY want to take new ones, but no idea of what), Olympus OM-1 with 200/2.8 or the EF-m with [...]
Done with Scanning
Pretty good weather outside, and I had both a camera and a film that needed testing, so I think you can see where this is heading. I loaded the Om-1 with some Foma 400, mounted my beloved 35/2 on it and headed right of to the city.
For the first time, i saw all politcal parties [...]
Started Scanning
Bit delayed, I started to scann the films I developed recently. As expected from the developing, the FOMA films gave me some troubles, mostly with the poor graduation, whats sadly is my fault for not marking the film right for push developing. I should have written the film speed on it.
The Kodak film on the [...]
