After the website rework yesterday, i started to run into some problems with IE7 (AGAIN), and since I wanted to show it to my marketing guy today, I had to fix that in time. I have no idea why, but IE7 gave me some troubles lately, things that work nice in IE6 and IE8 suddenly stop working in IE7. I hope that doesnt become normal.
The show then itself was good, he really liked the new features I’ve added, and setting up the server for offline showing was no problem either. Now lets hope he sell it well.
After that was done, I went across the City Arkaden a bit, and even found something for my brother. Talk about last minute gifts, hehe
I was a bit earlier done with that all then expected , so i went to visit the Christmas Market here again and see some friends there, since its not likely I can go there in the next 2 days. After some more photos there, It was time for the next meeting for the day, the photo-group from the powerpoint shooting not so long ago finally found together, to exchange photos/Cds, look at photos and talk about this and future shootings. Lets see how that will develop.
After that (5 min late anyway), it was time for the next meeting, this one about the BarCamp we will have here in the first weekend of February next year. First we wanted to do that in the Molly Malone, but since it was more crowded then expected, we decided to go back to the same bar/cafe we had our first meeting. And again, hardly anyone was there. The location will be the same as last year, in the University (sure the best option, in my opinion), there will be some nice extras (food and party wise) and it looks like we will get some really interesting speakers for it. Something you shouldn’t miss (Reader (not Readers, I’m sure the one I mean will know it) from Portugal and Norway should get the hint). More photos from today can be found at flickr.
And what else should have been a nice thing, next preview of Autopano Giga was published today, sadly I can’t even start it
Hope there will be a fix soon. But wanted to do some cleanup tomorrow anyway.
