Cool sky up thereIts weekend and weather for once really is awesome.  Garvin called and we decided it would be a great day for a short hike, we just were a bit unsure where to go. We decided to look for a nice outlook point on the Plöschenberg near the Rauschelesee, he was there a few years ago, and it sounded like a good idea to go there again.

Taking photosWe had no troubles finding the spot, great view up there. Bit further away from the city then others, but overall a great view. While we were taking photos, we got an idea. Why not go there at night?

With that in mind, we cut the trip short and went home to his cellar to put up the shelfs, and since we still know the tricks, we managed to put up all other 5 in less then 1,5 hours. With plenty of time left, I shortly went home to get some supplies, basicaly new batteries and some warmer cloths, and then it was back to Gervin’s place.

We packed our stuff and headed off the mountain. The sky was already looking great near the city, but up there it was just awesome. The sky was full of stars, and it was so clear you could see all of them.  Just perfect weather for this. But still, we have to do that again when we get a full moon.
