36 frames

Day startd with a short trip to Wolfsberg, just to check if everything is going well there. Usuall argument who drives broke out, and sicne we wanted to make a short break near my grandpa on the way back, my brother sliped be hind the wheel going to Wolfsberg. Weather was ok on the trip, not realy cloudy, but comapred to the recent days a very strong haze.

Luckily, all things were going well in Wolfsberg, and after a short visit, it was then again time to drive home again, including a short stop at my grandpa, to check how much progress they made on the new building and also collect the images from the memory card in his camera.  The stay there was actually much longer then planed, we didn’t made it back to Klagenfurt before 3pm, to late for a cycling trip like I planed it yesterday.

By then, Gervin called, he was swimming in the Forstsee, and about to cycle home soon. He suggested we met up in Pörtschach, that wasn’t as long as the planed lake roundtrip, but still a nice trip.  I backed my photo gear and grabbed the bike and soon I was off. I know he would’t hurry, so I did the same and spend the way going up there taking a few photos along the way. Should do that more often, but with a photo backpack , its not that easy. For that, I’m interested in a Crumpler Jimmy Bo (worn like in the photo), I just have to check how comfy it is for cycling.

We met then in Pörtschach, but because sun was already pretty low, we went home rather quickly, luckily the track there is pretty flat. Still, it was good to go cycling, would have been boring day otherwise. I just wish we would been home earlier so I could go on a longer trip. Maybe the next days.

Still not found the perfect spot for the sunset, first this one was behind the shipyard, 2nd I just had 200mm at my hands today. Next try, Tuesday (should be in right position then) with converter and 30D. This should work then. And I have to remind myself to brush/blow the sensor tomorrow, ugly dustspot in top right corner.
